  1. Securing a reservation with your deposit of online payments means you accept the terms and conditions of our cancellation Policy.
  2. Cancellation made 15 days before the date of course will receive a 90% refund.
  3. Cancellation made between 10 to 15 days before the commencement course will receive 50% refund of the fees paid or option of a credit, which is valid for 6 months from the cancellation date.
  4. Cancellation made from 07 to 10 days before the commencement course will receive a 30% refund of the fees paid.
  5. Cancellations made less than 06 days before the commencement course will forfeit the fees paid.
  6. All refunds are payable after receiving a written application to the “Principal”, the refund will be processed by Accounts department after getting written approval from “Principal” within 2 working days either by NEFT.
  7. Any request for change of course dates must be received not less than 30 days prior to commencement of the course through email. Changes are subject to availability of seats. If there is no availability, a credit will be issued, which can only be used for the same course at another date.
